Imagine waking up or going to bed feeling your BEST!
(I like to choose morning or night because those are always guaranteed in a day, but you can choose what feels good to you)

What does the day hold for you? 

Give details. 

Tune into your senses. (What do you see, smell, feel, taste, touch) 

Notice how you feel as you write and think about this day. 

Are you feeling excited? Calm? Confident? At ease? Or maybe uneasy, uncertain feelings come up. Feelings of doubt creep in….


Thinking about the first question, what is the dominant feeling you want to focus on for the rest of the year? 

It is New Years Eve…. And you are about to ring in the new year and you take a moment to sit with yourself to give thanks for all of your transformations from now until then. Your theme of ________ really inspired you to take action to close out the year as you desired!


What ‘kinks’ your hose? 

Let me explain 😀 

Imagine us all walking around with an invisible hose that runs from us into the sky, (Universe, Source, God, whatever you believe in.) And when this hose is open, we are in our alignment, Our joy, our happiness, we feel in flow. 

Then something happens that ‘kinks’ our hose… we fall out of alignment, something displeasing happens to us, we say yes to something we don’t want to… and it doesn’t feel good. 

So, now thinking about this analogy, what throws you out of alignment? What are we giving our attention to, where we would prefer to put it elsewhere? 

How would staying in alignment benefit you? How would your life improve if you had your ‘hose’ openly flowing more often?


Is there a conversation or decision you are avoiding that could be holding you back? 

When you think of what it is, take some time and ask yourself why is this an important conversation to have? Or Decision to make? 

How will having this figured out benefit my life? How will I feel after it’s done knowing that I stood in my truth and exercised my voice in standing up for myself?


What tends to be the biggest common denominator when you experience a challenge in life? It can be a mood, emotion, thing, person… anything that you feel shows up often that hinders you from growth and expansion im your life. 

Now that you’ve named it, what are some things you could do to change this story, re-write this situation… etc? 

How will you maneuver around this challenge when it comes up again, because you will notice it come up again… and again, but this time, you will have the tools and dialogue to pivot. It will be like, ‘Oh, hi, it’s you again… not today, self saboteur, not today… I am worthy of this, I’m so close to quit now, byeee’
