Money Mindset
This week’s questions are geared around how we think and feel about money.
Money can be a taboo subject to talk about with people because many of us grew up learning different stories around it. This week, I’d like to focus on uncovering these stories and bring excitement into being wealthy and abundant and on the path to welcoming more money into our lives!

How did that make you feel? What are some initial thoughts, feelings, memories that come up for you?
How do they feel?
How would you like to feel about money?
When you think about all these things, think about why you loved them? What makes these things, experiences, moments so amazing to you? Make note to how many great things pop up for you, and if you are having a tough time to think of any, feel free to reach out to me ❤️
This question is a deep one. Sometimes we are unaware that we have ‘stories’ around things… especially money. These stories we have learned from friends, family, media, society, govt etc.
Here are some examples of stories that I have had in the past to help you understand what I mean by ‘money stories.’
-Money doesn’t grow on trees
-People won’t like you if you have more money than them.
-Rich people are rude and snobby
-Don’t be too flashy with your money
Basically any story that restricts growth is a negative money story and we have the power to change that story… because it’s our life and we get to choose how, where and when we get to circulate our money! 🥰
**INSPO-ACTION CHALLENGE**
I challenge you to write a letter to money. A love letter if you will. Talk to money as if it were a person and you’re spilling your thoughts out to it, telling them how you feel about them, maybe what you’re sorry for or want to do more of, what you’re longing for in the relationship!
The letter is YOURS and you’re the only one who gets to see it, unless you’d like to share it ofcourse. Let it come from your heart and let all the feelings flow ❤️ Love letter to money!!
